Edward Coristine, better known online as “Big Balls”, confirmed on Fox News’ Jesse Watters Primetime that his grandfather was no ordinary Soviet spy. He was a Cold War double-agent who risked everything to betray the communist USSR for America.
This stunning admission came as Coristine recounted the terrifying night in Washington, D.C. when he was beaten by a mob of 10 violent teens while defending his girlfriend during an attempted carjacking.
President Trump, outraged by the lawlessness, shared photos of Coristine’s bloodied face and swiftly federalized D.C. to crack down on crime in the lawless capital.

Coristine revealed to Watters that his grandfather was embedded deep within the Soviet KGB’s elite “Line X.”
Line X was the operating arm of the KGB Directorate “T,” which focused on scientific and technical intelligence collection from the West.
Its mission was to identify, acquire, and copy Western technologies, blueprints, designs, and research (often military or dual-use) that could help Soviet industry and defense.
But instead of faithfully serving Moscow, Martynov secretly betrayed the communist empire, passing vital intelligence to the CIA and FBI during the height of the Cold War.

I feel this great responsibility to serve my country. My grandfather was this KGB double agent for the Americans, and he died so that I could come here and live in this free country that I love so much. When I started seeing these problems that we’ve got as a government—like this $37 trillion national debt and counting, and the interest on that is just absurd—I was like, “Wow, this is insane. Well, he worked for Line X, which is like this sophisticated KGB line. But he actually joined the CIA, and he gave the CIA a bunch of valuable intel right around the Cold War.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported through independent journalist Jacob Silverman that Coristine’s grandfather was none other than Valery Martynov, a Soviet KGB officer stationed in Washington, D.C. in the 1980s who secretly betrayed Moscow for freedom.
Martynov, instead of serving the Communist empire, secretly passed intelligence to the FBI, exposing KGB operations and giving the United States a decisive edge in the Cold War.
But the betrayal came at a high price. KGB counterintelligence officer Victor Cherkashin, aided by infamous CIA traitor Aldrich Ames and FBI mole Robert Hanssen, uncovered Martynov’s secret. He was lured back to Moscow in 1985, arrested, and ultimately executed on May 28, 1987.
His widow, Natalya, and their children eventually emigrated to America. Their daughter Anna later married Charles Coristine, CEO of LesserEvil popcorn. Their son? Edward, “Big Balls” himself.

Edward Coristine stands today not just as a victim of failed Democrat-run crime policies in D.C., but as the living grandson of a Cold War double-agent who gave his life for America.
Martynov betrayed the brutal Soviet regime for freedom. His grandson is now speaking out, on the streets and on national television, against crime, corruption, and a government drowning in $37 trillion of national debt.
The White House said Coristine could be in line for the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.
The idea came during a White House press briefing when Benny Johnson asked if Trump might consider awarding the medal to Coristine for his “heroic actions just a few blocks from this building.”
