An unidentified woman in her 60s was found dead with multiple stab wounds and trauma to the head in Central Park on Sunday.

The victim was found in a gazebo near Central Park’s Boathouse, the New York Post reported.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.

The dead body of a woman covered in stab wounds was found in a gazebo near Central Park’s boathouse on Sunday, sources and cops said.

Authorities found the body with multiple slashes and trauma to the head at 9:40 a.m. in the Manhattan green space near 74th Street and East Drive, according to sources.

EMS responded pronounced the victim dead on arrival at 10:03 a.m., the sources said.

The cause of death remains under examination and there hadn’t been any arrests as of Sunday afternoon, the sources added.
