The reporter mentioned that the US Constitution gives Congress the power to govern Washington DC.
President Trump says he will make an announcement this coming week on the safety issue in DC..
President Trump: “I think DC has to become a very safe place and we’re not gonna let anything bad happen to DC. That’s our beautiful DC… We’ll have something to say about it next week.”
