A powerful magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck off the coast of the Mexico, Guatemala border on Friday morning.
A tsunami warning was issued.
According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), the quake struck near Puerto Madero, Mexico.
Shaking was felt in Guatemala and El Salvador.
No damage or injuries were immediately reported.
