Tyler Boebert, the 21-year-old son of Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), was arrested on Monday on charges related to sexual exploitation of a child.
The charges against Boebert were reportedly related to a “2024 video Tyler Boebert allegedly recorded with a 17-year-old, according to an affidavit in support of an arrest warrant,” per NBC News:
The girl’s mother later alerted authorities that a video showing her daughter and Tyler Boebert having sex was posted on Instagram, the affidavit says. The affidavit does not say who is alleged to have posted the video.
