Now is not the time for revenge, but retribution.

“Equity” is a “fighting word”! Today’s Progressives have hijacked this term and made it advocate a most egregious morality. The basic principle encouraged has been redefined; its honored intent has been trashed. Especially is this evident in regard to “justice.” The Progressives (DEMS/RINOS) have twisted “justice” to applaud their actions and punish those on their “enemy list.”

However, the devilish proponents are silenced by a medieval culinary practice idiom, “What sauce is for the goose is sauce for the gander.” This truth is inescapable!

Expressed is the idea that what is good for one person or situation is equally applicable to another. This principle argues for transparent fairness, true equality, or a balanced reciprocity. This is a key moral principle in life. The idiom is a one-sentence answer to the contorted “equality” and “fairness” of the Progressives.

In a November 9, 2024 post I wrote about the equality required following the overwhelming election of President Trump. The DEMS/RINOS were hysterical about the “revenge” coming because their political intrigues were about to be exposed. They were bitter and angry because their selfish subversion of our Constitutional Rule of Law was about to end. Today we are witnessing the nightmares of “the above the Law Elite” are coming true as lawful exposure is bringing the true justice that is required.

The elected politicians, political appointees, and the deep state bureaucrats who arrogantly boasted “the law for thee but not for me,” are being outed. They are not happy about the exposure. The politicians who “played both sides” depending on which way the political winds blew are being exposed as hypocrites unwilling to defend the Constitutional principles. And these spineless, servile, special-interest lemmings will be reelected to continue their useless “professional political careers.” The days of the courageous defender of the US Constitutional Rule of Law is quickly disappearing.

This tragedy is being framed in real-time. The battlefield is the current verbiage defining “justice.” The efforts to vilify true justice are based upon a blurring and confusion of justice. The actions attacking defenders of true justice are savage. The manipulations to compromise true justice are evil. Negative terms are used interchangeably to define positive terms. Consequently, the pursuit of true “justice” becomes an emotional concept and not a factual action.

Today’s society is confused and that confusion brings a perverted justice. Rational, critical thinking is eagerly sacrificed on the altar of “ignorant progressivism.”

Framing this battle are two articles focusing on Comey’s indictment. Roger Kimball, American Greatness. “James Comey’s indictment marks a turning point, raising the question: is Trump seeking revenge on his foes—or finally delivering long-denied justice?

Call it karma, irony, or just good old-fashioned just desserts…there is a delicious symmetry in the fact that USC 18 §1001 was the statute under which Comey tormented and bankrupted General Mike Flynn in 2017.”

The other bookend is found in Cristian Farias, Intelligencer (MSN). “The criminal indictment against former FBI director James Comey will be parsed on…the question of whether the Trump administration’s decision to indict a person on Donald Trump’s enemies’ list in the first place amounted to a vindictive and selective prosecution.”

The original post focused upon three terms being blurred by those wishing to corrupt true justice. In recent weeks the Elite has added a fourth term “retaliation.” I have incorporated this in the original post.

In the Progressive shell-game of vocabulary, notice how one term is a positive urging respect for the Rule of Law and the other three terms are emotionally laden terms fueled by feelings and not facts! Consider the revised post below from November 9, 2024.

Now Is Not the Time for Revenge – Now Is the Time for Justified Retribution (November 9, 2024)

The tsunami of the November 5, 2024 national election brought “joy” and “good vibes” to our nation!

There is hope that our Republic will be brought back from the cusp of erasure. There is hope that justice will be meted out, individual rights will be restored, and the injustice that has sought to intimidate and ruin citizens will be challenged and corrected by the very Rule of Law that was suborned.

In the midst of national joy and good vibes, the clamor of the ill-contented Evil is heard. These grumblers do not applaud citizens deciding their nation’s destiny. These think only the “Sanctified State Elite” knows what is best for the individual. These project their evil. Their censorious howls betray their guilt.

I am reminded of our downhome common-sense truth, “bit dog hollers the loudest.” The guilty are always boisterous in their slanderous accusations as they feign integrity!

The Truth Exposed

We are being slammed with accusations that all finding “joy” and “good vibes” in President Trump’s landslide victory and unmistakable national mandate are going to seek “revenge” on opponents. And this projected evil is magnified in the bit dogs’ slander by suggesting the perps of the evil oppression are the innocent victims.

Here is the Truth exposing those dedicated to their devilish revenge. The very ones crying out the “unfair” are the very ones calling for merciless revenge on political opponents!

• Do you remember BHO, “We’re gonna punish our enemies, and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us”?
• Do you remember Biden SOTU, “Now some other people my age see a different story: an American story of resentment, revenge, and retribution. That’s not me”? Yet his administration was a constant narrative of revenge-seeking to destroy political opponents.
• Do you remember AOC promoting the “Enemies List” of Trump sycophants/supporters? She suggested people “archive” the names of Trump supporters so they could be held accountable “for their behavior.” And in an amazing projection of evil upon those she sees as opponents, “Lol at the ‘party of personal responsibility’ being upset at the idea of being responsible for their behavior over [the] last four years,” she added.
• Do you remember WaPo’s Jennifer Rubin making a similar suggestionon archiving political opponents.
• Do you remember the “Trump Accountability Project” launched by the DEMS/RINOS? Listen to their goal of revenge on political opponents: “But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart. The world should never forget those who, when faced with a decision, chose to put their money, their time, and their reputations behind separating children from their families, encouraging racism and anti-Semitism, and negligently causing the unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation from our country’s failed response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

There is not a singular voice accusing the DEMS/RINOS/Deep Staters mouthing an evil lust for revenge. It is endemic in the entire group. According to this group, anybody questioning the D.C. Elite and their puppet masters should be subjects listed on an enemies list.

Clarifying The Actions

Four terms apply to a negative conflict resolution. These define a failure to accept reality that encourages violence in consequent actions. When something is “wrong,” the following behaviors are evident. Unfortunately, the terms and actions are confused and all are seen as immoral.

RESENTMENT—an emotion that poisons one’s soul. It produces bitterness, slander, lies, personal attacks justified by imagined actions and even physical brutality. There is no place for this evil emotion.

REVENGE—an action that is prodded by bitter resentment. This is framed by selfish pride and arrogance. This leads one to ignore the Law and “take matters into their own hands.” It seeks a justice that is unjust. One seeking revenge is never satisfied because he will only increase his misery. Proverbs 26:27, “One who digs a pit will fall into it, and one who rolls a stone, it will come back on him.”

Retaliation—an act of responding to an action or injury in a negative or harmful manner seeking revenge. It is often an immoral desire to balance the scales or assert one’s authority. Retaliation occurs when individuals or groups engage in acts of violence to address what they “feel” are wrongs. While retaliation may provide a temporary sense of satisfaction it also perpetuates cycles of conflict and escalate tensions. Consequently, even greater wrongdoing is encouraged resulting in more negative consequences.

RETRIBUTION—an action that is justified and essential for civility. This recognizes that actions are wrong and must be corrected. A failure of evil’s correction encourages greater evil. The guardrail for the corrective retribution in our nation is the Constitutional Rule of Law.

Framing The Appropriate Retribution

Vindictive resentment destroys civility’s compass because it devolves into anarchy. This is a fact established by a number of sources. Here are three:

The Holy Scriptures establish that evil’s wrong-doing MUST be met with retribution. Ecclesiastes 8:11 “Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore the hearts of the sons of mankind among them are fully given to do evil.” Isaiah 26:10 “Though the wicked person is shown compassion, he does not learn righteousness; he deals unjustly.”

Civilization yearns for just retribution. Numerous sociological insights attest to this but consider the ancient Greek goddess Nemesis. She was worshiped as the goddess of retribution. She was known for dishing out punishments to people and mercilessly targeting those who acquired wealth and status at the expense of the poor. As the goddess of retribution, no sinner or criminal was above the law and beyond her reach. Nemesis maintained balance in the world.

The literary world celebrates retribution. Consider Longfellow’s “Retribution.” “Though the mills of God grind slowly, yet they grind exceeding small; though with patience he stands waiting, with exactness grinds he all.”

The Reckoning

There is an inescapable irony in the expressed “revenge” of the DEMS/RINOS. They vociferously accuse their political opponents of seeking “revenge.” They feed a vengeance lust. They call for peace but they are hypocrites. They want to exact revenge and proudly have a list!

There is an inescapable reality awaiting these politicians whose witch hunts have failed. Retribution is approaching. They will NOT escape because, “With exactness grinds he ALL.”

There is an inescapable moment in time when the opportunity to save oneself from the coming retribution will forever pass. Let those who have served the DEMS/RINOS gangsters recant their identification, renounce their allegiance, and resolve to follow exactly the Constitutional Rule of Law governing our great nation. The rationalization of Germany’s Socialists that they were only “obeying orders” as they faced retribution, did not work and it will not work today. Each is accountable for what they did—from the desk workers to the Chiefs!

A Final Plea

Some are saying “compassion” should be shown to those seeking to destroy our nation. Such pleads for an evil leniency! Inspiration’s counsel urges a just retribution to violators of the Law. Such seeks not revenge, retaliation, or resentment from a selfish lust but a just retribution for the criminal action. There is a great difference.

America, now IS NOT the time for retaliation, resentment or revenge. Now IS the time for retribution!

Let those who served the political agenda that dismissed and violated our national Rule of Law understand that retribution is coming. Now is the time for these to seek leniency by revealing documentation that “blows the whistle” on the evil doers! For those failing to offer valid documentation this counsel is advised—“Be afraid. Be VERY afraid” because retribution is coming!
