Four years of open borders under Biden continue to have devastating consequences today. Americans are losing their lives.
According to the DHS, a California woman in Sacramento was shot to death by an illegal alien from India on Tuesday. He was stalking her for months and had a restraining order against him.
38-year-old Shalini Thakur was standing by her vehicle when illegal alien Rohit Rohit came toward her and started chasing her when she tried running. He shot her in the head and fled in a vehicle, leaving the scene.
Police officers responded and found him. According to the police, he turned the gun on himself and died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Fox News Reported:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said a California woman was fatally shot outside a Sacramento County Panera Bread Tuesday by an illegal immigrant who had stalked her for months and was subject to a restraining order.
Shalini Thakur, 38, was standing near her car when Rohit Rohit, an illegal immigrant from India, approached her, chased her when she tried to flee and shot her in the head before getting in a car and driving away, DHS said.
Responding police officers caught up to him, but Rohit took his own life with a gun, according to authorities.
DHS blamed the Biden Administration for releasing Rohit into the US when he came here illegally in 2023.
“Rohit spent months stalking Thakur, who was eventually granted a restraining order. Thakur said she knew Rohit as a DoorDash delivery driver who would park outside her home for hours and talk to her on a daily basis, ABC 10 reported.” Fox News Reported.
In January, Thakur found an Apple air tag under the hood of her, which meant that Rohit had been stalking her for at least that amount of time.
Rohit had also previously attempted to coerce her into getting married and prevented her from interacting with other people according to accounts. It was also alleged that he threatened to shoot himself or anyone she was involved with.
Later on, Rohit deflated the tires on her vehicle and stalked her while she went to work. He would then pretend to offer assistance. He even allegedly got a copy of her apartment key, so he could have access while she was sleeping.
Thakur obtained the restraining order in May, but the stalking continued into July.
Rohit came into the country illegally through Arizona in August 2023. He was taken into custody by the Border Patrol, but was released by the Biden administration and given a court date to appear.
The man who killed himself during a standoff with Sacramento deputies along Highway 50 had been stalking a woman for months before executing her outside a Panera Bread, officials said Wednesday. Full coverage: https://t.co/2e2VQZl7On pic.twitter.com/f7JEhkdirS
