Republican PACs have spent millions of dollars on ads for Francesca Hong in the Wisconsin gubernatorial Democratic primary — but she doesn’t believe it’s because they see her as the weaker option for GOP Rep. Tom Tiffany to face in November.
“They’re not supporting ads talking about issues,” she told me. “We’ve been an issue-run campaign.”
