Remember when they told us it would just be a few days, maybe a few weeks? Well, we’re cruising past month five now, and the script is getting so loud it’s a miracle anyone is still falling for it.
Just look at the timing. Donald Trump goes on television declaring that the US is officially taking over the Strait of Hormuz – crowning himself the “guardian of the strait.” Literally minutes later, breaking footage drops of the bulk carrier Lonnie splitting in two and sinking after a sudden hull fracture.
