Another clip shows the incident from her point of view. Martinez can be heard shouting “Esperate” or “Wait.” She was apparently filming a live TikTok video when police closed in on her.

The TikToker reportedly “passed out” during the encounter with ICE agents before she was taken to the hospital and later detained.

LA Taco reports,

In Downtown L.A., Colombian TikToker Tatiana Martinez was violently dragged from her car, pinned to the ground. She eventually passed out, was hospitalized, and later transferred to the downtown detention center. Across the region, ICE and Border Patrol carried out multiple raids—detaining street vendors, workers, and community members in Pasadena, Montebello, Rancho Cucamonga, Whittier, and Van Nuys—while the community in Monrovia mourned Carlos Montoya, who died fleeing a raid.

According to many online sources, Martinez is an illegal alien, though no official source has confirmed her immigration status.

Per independent journalist Hernando Arce:

New: illegal alien Tatiana Martinez is a TikTok influencer (tatianamartinez_02) with 30k followers was arrested today. This woman focused on alerting crazy protesters to disrupt, harass and disrespect ICE and law enforcement officers in California. She is also a nominee for best actress Oscar award as she plays sick on the pavement. She was later released from the hospital and thrown in jail without her IPhone or Tesla.

More disturbing is the fact that Los Angeles parking enforcement tow truck drivers are now following ICE vehicles and towing them as fast as the ICE Officers get to the investigation scene as shown in this video.
