Absolutely damning corruption by former Special Counsel Jack Smith has been revealed as he testifies before the Senate Judiciary Committee today.
Fox News exclusively revealed that Smith and his thugs acquired dozens of records containing sensitive communications between dozens of journalists and Trump Administration officials.
Among the outlets swept up in this crooked move by Smith are Fox News, The Federalist, The Washington Times, CNN, and CBS.

Former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigators obtained records containing communications between nearly 50 journalists and Trump administration officials — including Fox News personnel — after subpoenaing text-message records associated with dozens of White House phones during the federal election investigation of President Donald Trump, Fox News Digital has learned ahead of Tuesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
The communications appeared in records produced by the National Archives in response to a subpoena seeking material associated with 87 White House phones from Trump’s first administration, according to a spokesperson for Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, citing whistleblower disclosures made to the chairman.
Fox News is among the organizations whose journalists appear in the records, along with CNN, CBS News — including its newsmagazine “60 Minutes” — NBC News and CNBC.
The records also include communications involving journalists from the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Bloomberg, Los Angeles Times, New York Magazine, Reuters, the Associated Press and NPR, as well as The Federalist and Washington Times.
But that’s not. The Senate Judiciary Republicans have just now revealed that Smith and his team collected nearly 5,000 personal checks from Americans who donated to President Trump and Trump-aligned groups.
The dates were between September 2019 and August 2023.
