An Albuquerque man is being held without bond after police say he shot and killed his cousin following a fight over the heat of green chile enchiladas at a family dinner. Ervin Gutierrez, 22, of Roswell, has been charged with murder for the shooting of 25-year-old Nathaniel Cavazos.
