The Trump Administration is turning its attention to one of the most destructive men the world has ever known, as arguably his prized foundation is under threat.
The New York Times has exclusively reported that the Department of Justice has ordered at least a half-dozen attorneys to investigate far-left billionaire Democrat donor George Soros’s Open Societies Foundation.
The directive, which Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche’s office sent, was communicated to U.S. attorneys’ offices in California, New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Detroit, and Maryland.

The official’s directive, a copy of which was viewed by The New York Times, goes as far as to list possible charges prosecutors could file, ranging from arson to material support of terrorism.
The memo suggests department leaders are following orders from the president that specific people or groups be subject to criminal investigation — a major break from decades of past practice meant to insulate the Justice Department from political interference.
Aakash Singh, the lawyer in Blanche’s office responsible for communicating with federal prosecutors across America, pointed to a report by conservative watchdog group Capital Research Center to back up these allegations.
The report alleges that Soros’s group has “poured over $80 million into groups tied to terrorism or extremist violence.” One example provided was Open Society Foundations sending money to Palestinian ‘human rights group’ al-Haq, a front for terrorist activity.
Singh has asked prosecutors in multiple jurisdictions to determine if these revelations from the Capitol Research Center could justify opening criminal cases.
The Soros Foundation fired back at the idea of being held accountable, slamming the likely investigation as “politically motivated attacks on civil society, meant to silence speech the administration disagrees with and undermine the First Amendment right to free speech.”

Specifically, he has called Soros and his son, Alex Soros, to be charged under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) for funding and supporting violent far-left rioters.
