Israel is carrying out a Trump-backed genocide
John Mearsheimer, the University of Chicago professor, said in an interview on Tuesday that the Israeli rhetoric and action inside Gaza is “truely” appalling” and, with each passing day, they are looking more like the Nazis during WWII.
Mearsheimer spoke with Judge Andrew Napolitano’s “Judging Freedom” about Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz’s call to move the Gazan population into a “humanitarian city” in the enclave’s south before sending them to neighboring countries that would take them, freeing up Gaza for President Donald Trump’s vision of a ‘Riviera of the Middle East.’
“I hate to say this and I say it reluctantly, but I believe it’s true: the Israelis look like the Nazis,” he said. “Their rhetoric; their behavior. It’s truly appalling. And it’s hard to believe that a Jewish state is behaving much the way the Third Reich did in the 30s and 40s.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich endorsed a ‘security annexation’ of the northern Gaza Strip on Tuesday, claiming that Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir favors the idea, and said that Gaza would become an ‘inseparable part of the State of Israel.’
Smotrich, who also serves as a minister in the Defense Ministry, made the remarks at a Knesset conference called ‘The Gaza Riviera – from vision to reality,’ at which participants presented plans for reestablishing Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip.
I truly believe there is a tremendous opportunity here,’ he said, suggesting that Israel begin ‘with the northern border [area of the Strip] and establish three communities there. We are already talking about it. Some call it a security annexation.’
TRENDPOST: The IDF will continue the slaughter of Palestinians because there is no outrage in the U.S. and AIPAC controls Trump and Congress. Israel will only stop the slaughter through outside military pressure, but that is unlikely to happen.
Steve Sosebee, the founder of HEAL Palestine, posted on X Saturday that the humanitarian conditions inside Gaza are only worsening and, at this point, “If you’re able to get anyone out, you’re saving their life.”
“We’ve entered the Schindlers List phase of Israel’s genocide in Gaza,” he posted, in reference to the 1993 Steven Spielberg movie.
As the genocide continues, today, the UN reported that over 1,000 Palestinians have been killed by the IDF as they were trying to seek food aid in Gaza.
