Judge Dismisses Trump’s Lawsuit Against Far-Left Author Bob Woodward Over Release of Interview Recordings

A federal judge on Friday dismissed President Trump’s lawsuit against far-left author Bob Woodward over his audiobook.

In 2023, President Trump sued Bob Woodward for $49 million for releasing recordings of interviews he gave to him in 2019 and 2020.

Toxic RINO Lindsey Graham reportedly brokered the meeting with Trump and Bob Woodward.

Bob Woodward, a far-left author and Washington Post editor, released “The Trump Tapes” audiobook with more than 8 hours of his interviews with President Trump.

Woodward is a Deep State hack and has been an FBI asset since the 1970s.

Trump said he never agreed to the tapes being released to the public.

US District Judge Paul Gardephe, a George W. Bush appointee, dismissed the lawsuit.

“In a 59-page decision, Gardephe said Trump did not plausibly allege that he and Woodward intended to be joint authors of “The Trump Tapes,” saying Simon & Schuster credited Trump as a “reader” while crediting Woodward as the author,” Reuters reported.

“The judge, an appointee of Republican President George W. Bush, also said Trump did not show he had a copyright interest in his stand-alone responses to Woodward’s questions,” Reuters reported.

“Gardephe also said federal copyright law preempted Trump’s state law-based claims. He gave Trump until August 18 to amend his complaint a third time,” Reuters said.

Trump’s spox said in a statment: “In another biased action by a New York Court, this wrongful decision was issued without even affording President Trump the basic due process of a hearing. We will continue to ensure that those who commit wrongdoing against President Trump and all Americans are held accountable.”

Recall, CNN previously went ballistic because Trump supposedly gave Bob Woodward ‘classified information’ – of course Woodward was never able to verify the so-called classified information.

“I have built a weapons system that nobody has ever had in this country before,” Trump said. “We have stuff that you haven’t even seen or heard about.”

Trump continued, “We have stuff that Putin and Xi have never heard about before. Getting along with Russia is a good thing, it’s not a bad thing, alright? Especially because they have 1,332 nuclear fucking warheads.”

“It’s funny, the relationships I have, the tougher and meaner they are, the better I get along with them. You know? Explain that to me someday, okay. But maybe it’s not a bad thing.”

CNN melted down over Trump’s statement to Woodward then admitted the reporter was never able to verify the information.

“So just to clarify, Woodward was never able to verify whether this system exists,” CNN’s Jamie Gangel said.
