Representative Thomas Massie is campaigning for the full release of files related to the late financier and sex-trafficker to the global elite
A US lawmaker listed the names of prominent Jeffrey Epstein-linked figures in an extraordinary attempt to force the Department of Justice (DOJ) to fully release government materials on the millionaire who provided sex services to the global elite.
Representative Thomas Massie believes the administration of US President Donald Trump is covering up for Epstein’s associates and is seeking to pass an amendment to strengthen the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which was signed into law a year ago.
In brief remarks on the House floor on Monday, which Massie later shared on X, he accused the government of continuing to withhold more than 3 million files.
“We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted,” Massie said, before naming known Epstein associates. “Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice.”

Massie is considering running for a House seat from Kentucky in 2028, after losing the primary for the 2026 Republican nomination to Trump-backed contender Ed Gallrein. The former Navy SEAL’s victory in May was fueled by a record-breaking multi-million-dollar war chest backed by pro-Israel groups.
Massie and Trump had a major falling out over several issues, including the Epstein scandal, the Iran war, and major tax cuts passed last year.
Who are the people on Massie’s list?
- James ‘Jes’ Staley. The former JPMorgan executive stepped down as CEO of British bank Barclays in 2021 amid a British regulatory investigation into his ties with Epstein.
- Leon Black. The private equity investor was one of Epstein’s clients. Earlier this month, he was threatened with being held in contempt of Congress for allegedly delaying its investigation into the late financier.
- Les Wexner. The Ohio billionaire had a long financial relationship with Epstein and was at one point described by Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell as his closest friend.
- David Copperfield. The world-renowned magician has been identified as an associate of Epstein. The DOJ released a photograph showing Copperfield and Maxwell wearing bathrobes and embracing, reportedly taken on Epstein’s private island.
- Lapo Elkann. The Italian businessman and investor involved with the Fiat and Ferrari family empire was mentioned in the Epstein files as a “dear friend” of the American.
- Tom Pritzker. The hotel magnate stepped down as executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels earlier this year after details of his association with Epstein and Maxwell received renewed scrutiny following government disclosures.
- Glenn Dubin. The billionaire hedge fund manager had a long relationship with Epstein described in the media as a “strange friendship.” His wife, former Swedish model Eva Andersson-Dubin, dated Epstein before marrying Dubin. Following Epstein’s 2008 sex-crime conviction, she reportedly told his probation officer she was comfortable with him being around the couple’s minor children.

- Frederic Fekkai. The French celebrity hairstylist was accused of sexual assault by former Epstein assistant Sarah Kellen, who was invited to testify before the House Oversight Committee earlier this year.
- Eduardo Teodorani. The Italian businessman was mentioned extensively in files released by the DOJ, indicating a years-long relationship with Epstein.
- Jean-Luc Brunel. The French modeling scout was among Epstein’s better-known associates. He was found dead in a Paris prison cell in 2022 while under investigation by the French authorities over allegations involving the rape of minors and trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation. Massie described him on the House floor as “conveniently dead by suicide in prison.”
- Daniel Siad. Another deceased modeling scout with ties to Epstein. Massie described him as “recently discovered dead in Paris.”
- Ramsey Elkholy. A musician who also worked as a modeling scout in Brazil and whose links to Epstein were highlighted in government disclosures.
- Prince Andrew. One of the most prominent figures associated with Epstein, the disgraced British royal was stripped of his title and House of Windsor properties last year.
- Lesley Groff. The former assistant to the late financier was “not a victim” and “conspired with Epstein to traffic other women,” Massie said. She was the only woman on the lawmaker’s list.
