WATCH: Tucker Claims Politicians are Having ‘A Lot of Orgies’ and Congressmen’s ‘Personal Lives Are Getting Weirder’

In the most recent episode of The Tucker Carlson Show, the former Fox News host didn’t hold back when discussing the increasingly bizarre underbelly of Washington, D.C. politics.

Speaking with Rep. Tim Burchett, Carlson claimed that the personal lives of members of Congress are “getting weirder,” including rampant participation in orgies. Similar accusations were made by former Rep. Madison Cawthorn just a few years ago.

Carlson, who has long been a critic of the D.C. establishment, pointed out the shift in behavior among lawmakers.

“I have noticed, having spent my life in D.C., that people’s personal lives are getting weirder in the Congress,” Carlson said. “Have you noticed that? Without implicating anyone by name. I don’t think I’m imagining this. It’s not just sleeping with your scheduler, it’s weirder than that. Have you noticed that?”

“I try to stay in my office as much as possible,” Burchett responded.

“Well, I just want to say for the record, I never heard of anybody participating in an orgy in Washington, D.C. in my entire life. And I’ve heard a lot about it recently,” Carlson explained. “So that is — I wasn’t there, I’m not going there, but I think that’s real.”

Carlson described the DC political scene as involving “a lot of orgies,” and that the nation’s capital is becoming “kinkier” by the day.

Burchett said he hopes that is not actually the case, and said he has never been invited if it is.

The conversation also touched on a recently busted Chinese-run prostitution ring in D.C. that received minimal media coverage, as well as tactics used to influence lawmakers, such as employing their spouses or girlfriends in high-paying jobs to “own” them.

As Carlson put it, D.C. isn’t just corrupt, it’s getting downright weird.

These revelations echo the controversial statements made by former Rep. Madison Cawthorn back in 2022, when the young conservative claimed he had been invited to orgies by some of his congressional colleagues and had witnessed them using cocaine.

Cawthorn, then a freshman lawmaker, made the accusations during a podcast interview, describing Washington as rife with “sexual perversion.”

The former lawmaker’s outspokenness ultimately contributed to his political downfall. He lost his primary election later that year amid a pile-up of scandals and party infighting.
