A vigil is held for slain Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk in Winchester, Virginia, on Wednesday, September 17.
Vigils have been held across the country for Kirk in the past week, including a D.C. service held at the Kennedy Center on Sunday. A memorial service is planned for Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Kirk’s home state of Arizona.
Kirk was assassinated last Wednesday while engaging in civil debate at Utah Valley University. His alleged killer has been charged with aggravated murder, which prosecutors say they will pursue the death penalty for.
