President Trump will attend a New York Yankees game tonight at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York, to commemorate the 24th anniversary of 9/11.

The Yankees will face the Detroit Tigers tonight with the first pitch at 7:05 pm ET.

This comes after President Trump visited the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in Arlington, Virginia, on Thursday morning.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the President took a moment during his remarks at the Pentagon Memorial to recognize and honor Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was fatally struck by an assassin’s bullet on Wednesday.

Trump announced that he will posthumously award Kirk with a Presidential Medal of Freedom, describing him as “a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty and an inspiration to millions and millions of people.”
