President Donald Trump addresses governors from across the country at the White House on Saturday, February 21.
The president will address the gathered governors following the Supreme Court ruling against his implementation of tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
Trump has since enacted world-wide tariffs under different statutes, initially at 10 percent but then raised to 15 percent on Saturday.
