President Donald Trump signs a presidential memorandum at the White House on Monday, September 15.
The White House has not said what the memorandum will entail. It comes after Trump had a meeting with the leader of the Eastern Orthodox Church that was closed to the press earlier Monday.
President Trump will attend a memorial service for his friend and ally Charlie Kirk on Sunday, who was assassinated last week while debating at a university event.
