President Donald Trump makes an announcement from the Oval Office on Friday, September 5.
The president is expected to announce the change of the Department of Defense’s title to the Department of War following an executive order signed earlier Friday.
“Everybody likes that we had an unbelievable history of victory when it was Department of War,” Trump said in August.
