During Monday’s broadcast of FNC’s “Fox News @ Night,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin detailed footage of a man taken down by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
“It’s some sort of law enforcement,” Melugin said. “And they clearly did not like what the guy in yellow was doing right there because they ran right at him, and they took him down.”
“It looked like he was loitering near a vehicle,” he continued.
