After the German secret political police designated the largest oppositon party “far-right” (The Gateway Pundit reported), world leaders such as Vikor Orbán and Nayib Bukele came out in support of the Alternative for Germany (AfD).

Speaking to Steven K. Bannon on “The War Room”, AfD Bundestag vice-chair Beatrix von Storch said “We are very grateful for the support we’ve gotten from Marco Rubio and JD Vance.”

“What the hell is going on in Germany?”, the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán posted. “You can count on us, (AfD chair) Alice Weidel!”

“When will all these rankings and colored maps finally stop calling Germany a full democracy?”; the President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele wrote.

Italian Vice-Premier and Transportation Minister Matteo Salvini called the developments in Germany “very serious”: “After France and Romania, another theft of Democracy? Solidarity with AfD and the German people who, according to poll numbers, would elect them as their top party now.”

Speaking to Steven K. Bannon on the “War Room”, AfD Bundestag vice-chair Beatrix von Storch said “They say they are afraid for democracy but really, they are afraid of democracy.”

Steve Bannon: The deep state is all over. They talk about democracy? Trump just won a massive victory in November, they tried to put him in prison for 700 years. Don’t think when they steal it or attempt to steal it in 2028,  if they’re able to steal it they’re gonna put him back in prison. Don’t think we’re past this by any stretch of the imagination.  All the tech bros running around, and „all is great,“ You’re not facing reality

(Jair) Bolsonaro went in ICU the other day. He had the seventh operation for 12 hours after the assassination attempt.  They’re gonna put him in prison and assassinate him in prison.

(Marine) Le Pen they just gave a four-year prison sentence. In Korea they just had a coup to throw a guy out who was complaining about election fraud.

It’s so obvious what they’re doing. They can’t beat us at the ballot box so now they’re using like here

What are they stopping Trump with? They don’t care about the Constitution. They’re stopping Trump from his core responsibilities under Article 2. They don’t care. They’re Marxist radicals. There is no rule of law. It’s a rule of the powerful.

Of all these the most stunning is the Alternative for Deutschland (AfD). Those folks are trying to save their country and have been right about everything they’ve said on mass immigration, 100 percent correct.

(The AfD has become the most popular party) with nothing, with no media and being terrorized by the police, because I’ve been with these people for 10 years. They’ve saved the country and broken Merkel. And what do they do now that they’re rising in the polls like Nigel Farage and Reform UK, the leading party in Germany with a real spread between the other parties why the German people are sitting there, going “We hear what you’re saying and we support you.”

They’ve just come out with a Deep State report to say they’re an extremist group and they need not just be shut down, they need be shut down and jailed. Beatrix van Storch joins us now from Germany.

Ma’am, of all the outrageous things I’ve seen, people on trial for their lives like Bolsonaro, this may be the most extreme.

Beatrix van Storch: Yes, I guess so.  This is an attack against democracy in Germany and we are very grateful that we get support from Marco Rubio and JD Vance. That’s very helpful. Thank you very much. Maybe we need even more because the process only starts. We (AfD) are declared as to be an extremist organization by the government. They always say it’s an independent agency but this is not an independent agency who came to the conclusion that we are an extremist organization. It’s the government because this agency which came out with this report reports to the Minister of the Interior and has to carry out the government’s instructions, and this is what they’re doing at the moment (by) declaring us an extremist organization. (This) is the first step to ban the whole party and this is what we are facing.

So it’s very helpful if we get a lot of international support.

Sky News: A little bit of breaking news coming to us from Germany. Reuters news agency is reporting that the country’s domestic intelligence agency has classified the Alternative for Germany party as an extremist entity that threatens democracy – a move that enables it to better monitor the party which came in second  in February’s federal election.

Steve Bannon:  They go on to say that certain factions of the AfD such as its youth wing have already been classified as extremist. The party at large was classified as a “suspected extremist case” in 2021. Now the domestic intelligence agency in Germany is classifying the AfD as an extremist entity that threatens democracy.

You see how they put it there in that crisp British accent, and it all sounds official that “these people are Nazis,” is what they’re saying.

Beatrix, we understand what they’re doing.  This is the Deep State and I keep telling people it’s not “deep”. It’s in your face. They say (you’re) a threat to democracy.

Well, in democracy, you’re winning. You’re blowing them out with no money, no resources, police pressure all the time, terrorized by state authorities. This is a populist nationalist uprising saying,  “Hey, we need to save our country! Our country’s being overwhelmed and we gotta save it . What we have to save it from is this Deep State that’s running Germany and running all the politicians.

Germany’s just de-industrialized, their climate policies (are) a sham. They’re kowtowing to Chinese Communist Party.  Ma’am, how do you guys punch your way out of here?

Beatrix von Storch: Well, different ways:  We will appeal at the courts, (which) we are currently already doing, I but now it’s one more reason to do so.

Second we rely on international support, so again we are very grateful for the support we’ve gotten from Marco Rubio and from JD Vance and hopefully from President Trump. This has an impact.  People are listening anddebating about this international support in German media.

At the same time we keep on doing what we do. We work in the parliament, even though they reject us and they try to prevent us from doing what we were elected to do.  They’re not even willing to give a caucus room  that’s big enough in the parliament so we can have our meetings. It’s just unbelievable

The next thing they are starting to debate is to defund AfD so we will no longer receive the public funds we have a right to and all the other parties get. So they’re trying to destroy us with money.

Democracy is at stake. If it’s possible to go against the opposition party in Germany, a western Democracy, if that works out that will be unprecedented for the rest of the world.

We will never be able to accuse any other authoritarian regime any other dictatorship which is banning the opposition party if Germany succeeds in doing so.

I think one couldn’t stress it more. It’s very severe what’s going on here.

Steve Bannon: By the way, your polling is at 27 percent. I mean it’s not like you’re some marginal tiny party like the Greens. You’re leading in the polls, are you not (over) the other two establishment parties, Ma’am?

Beatrix von Storch: We have been leading for two weeks. Before that we were a very stable number two. We are number two in the Parliament, 152 seats out of 630. We had 20.8 percent in the last federal election, and ever since this election took place on February 23^rd, our numbers are going up.

The numbers of incoming government which will take office on Tuesday are going down. If there would be an election right now, this government which will assume office Tuesday has already lost their majority.

They always say they are afraid for democracy but really, they are afraid of democracy.

They are afraid of having an opposition party gaining strength, getting more powerful by the day and they don’t have arguments against our policies, so now they’re deploying the government against the opposition party.

In no other western democracy is the government is able to label the opposition party, to spy on the opposition party, to get the secret service involved in that party, and to label it as an “extremist organization” to then take the next step and push to ban the party as a whole.
