The University of Utah has decided to back off expelling two brave conservative students who exposed an evil leftist celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk and has now been swatted by an unknown actor.
As The Gateway Pundit reported Wednesday, a wicked leftist named Sara Larsen sparked a national uproar after going up to College Republicans while holding a cake celebrating Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
The cake said, “Happy Kirkiversary.”
Rylie Barnes, the vice president of the University of Utah College Republicans, posted the photo to her X account with the caption, “What is wrong with students in Utah??”
After her post went viral, the University of Utah’s College Democrats went to the Dean of Students to demand that Larsen and another college Republican be expelled for daring to expose Larsen’s sick gesture.
Barnes and her GOP friend later revealed that the University of Utah was siding with the Democrats and trying to get them kicked out.
Fortunately, sanity has now prevailed. Barnes announced on Thursday that her case had been completely dismissed.
The University of Utah also apologized to her and vowed to make “appropriate adjustments” to ensure such an incident does not occur again.
MY CASE IS FULLY DISMISSED.
This wouldn’t have happened without the outpour of support we received online. Thank you!

University of Utah College Republican Chairman Riley Beesley, the other young GOPer threatened with expulsion, also announced his case was dismissed.
WE TOOK DOWN THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH.
Case fully dismissed because of the outcry on X and expert legal services from @JakeLeei
Thank you, @nicksortor & @MrsErikaKirk we wouldn’t have won without you.

Just one day following the dismissal of the two young Republicans’ cases, the University of Utah was swatted. The institution’s Department of Public Safety announced on Friday that the university received several threatening emails the previous evening.
The department did not elaborate on the content of these emails but believes they are the work of a lone individual.
The fact that this happened just one day after Democrats did not get their way cannot be a coincidence.
