Turning Point USA Installs Wooden Cross at Headquarters in Honor of Charlie Kirk

Turning Point USA unveiled a new wooden cross outside its Phoenix-area headquarters this week, a tribute from supporters in Texas and Ohio honoring the late organization founder, Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated last month.

“New addition to the TPUSA HQ!! God bless these amazing folks who came all the way from Texas and Ohio to gift this beautiful wooden cross to the team in Charlie’s honor,” Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet announced on X.

The installation comes about one month and a half after the murder of Kirk, a prominent conservative activist and devout Christian whose faith was central to his public life.

Kirk’s pastor and friend, Rob McCoy, said following the assassination that Kirk’s “life was secured eternally by his Savior Jesus Christ,” describing how his faith gave him courage in the face of threats. In the weeks since his death, observers have noted signs of a spiritual resurgence across the country.

As previously reported by Breitbart News, Bible sales rose 36 percent in September, church attendance increased nationwide, and many faith leaders have referred to this movement as the “Charlie Kirk Effect.” During a memorial service held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on September 21, Kirk’s widow, Erika, described witnessing a revival of faith among young Americans.

Christian singer Chris Tomlin, who performed at the memorial, stated afterward that the event felt like a turning point in the nation’s spiritual life. “It felt like a shift,” Tomlin told the Christian Post, adding that many attendees were moved to return to church or explore their faith for the first time.

Last month, President Donald Trump posthumously awarded Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom on what would have been his 32nd birthday, recognizing his influence on a generation of young conservatives and Christians.

The new cross at TPUSA’s headquarters now stands as a physical reminder of Kirk’s faith and the spiritual legacy he left behind.
