The official trailer for The Z-Suite, the new Lauren Graham workplace comedy set at a boutique New York ad agency, has been released by Tubi.

Per the logline: “Advertising maven Monica Marks (Lauren Graham, Gilmore Girls) and her loyal right hand executive Doug Garcia (Nico Santos, Superstore) have long been at the top of the Madison Avenue world. But after a record scratch blunder, they are suddenly canceled, pushed out and replaced by the agency’s rising Gen Z employees led by social media manager, Kriska Thompson (Madison Shamoun, The Lake). Refusing to go quietly, Monica launches her biggest campaign yet– getting their careers back and taking down the eager team of Gen-Zers who are just getting comfortable in their new roles.”

The Z-Suite premieres on with two episodes on Tubi Thursday, February 6th, with one new episode to follow each week.

The comedy hails from Katie O’Brien (The Santa Clauses, Teachers), who serves as showrunner. Additional executive producers include Graham, Lance Samuels, Samantha Levine, Daniel Iron, Eric Wattenberg, Gary Vaynerchuk, Matt Higgins and Tristram Shapeero.

“When I first read the script for The Z-Suite, I responded to Katie O’Brien’s fresh and funny take on the workplace,” said Lauren Graham in a statement. “The character of Monica is smart, strong, and appealingly a bit unhinged. I’m excited to work with the team at Tubi as they ramp up their Originals slate and continue their ascent in the streaming space.”

Launched in 2014 and acquired by Fox Corporation in 2020, Tubi is a free streaming service with a diversified line-up of acquired product in search of a greater presence in the original programming space. The Z-Suite is the latest original entry, and here is the preview trailer:
