The Pentagon Just Secured America’s Next-Generation Military Technology

The Department of Defense just made a move that ensures American military dominance for the next 50 years.

It’s secured access to a breakthrough semiconductor technology that will power the next generation of American military systems.

Fighter jets that outperform anything else in the sky. Missile defense that can track threats twice as far. Electronic warfare capabilities that protect our troops and keep them coming home.

And it’s all being manufactured right here in America… with technology no one else can replicate.

The technology is gallium nitride. And if you’ve never heard of it, you’re not alone.

Our Military Had a Problem

For decades, American defense systems ran on silicon chips.

And for 50 years, those chips kept getting better. More powerful. More efficient. They doubled in performance every two years like clockwork. It was called Moore’s Law.

But that’s over now.

Silicon transistors have shrunk down to just five nanometers — barely bigger than a few atoms. They literally can’t get any smaller. The laws of physics won’t allow it.

Even Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, admitted it: “Moore’s Law is dead. The ability for Moore’s Law to deliver twice the performance at the same cost is over. It’s completely over.”

And our defense contractors need better chips to build the next generation of military systems.

That’s where gallium nitride comes in.

This Technology Changing Everything

GaN chips use 40 percent less energy than silicon while delivering up to 100 times better performance.

The Pentagon’s newest radar systems use GaN to double their detection range. The Patriot missile defense system has been upgraded with GaN components. The F/A-18 Super Hornet’s fire-control radar now uses GaN to achieve performance that would be impossible with silicon.

The technology is already deployed in American military systems. And demand is accelerating fast.

Trump’s $12 Billion Move

President Trump understands what’s at stake. In July, he announced the government would buy shares of several mining companies in an effort to compete with state-backed industries in China.

And at the beginning of this month, he launched a strategic stockpile for critical minerals with $12 billion in initial funding to reduce American dependence on foreign suppliers.

As Trump said, “We’re not just doing certain minerals and rare earths. We’re doing everything.”

Gallium — a mineral found right here in the U.S. — is one of those critical minerals. And this administration is making sure American manufacturers have access to it.

This isn’t just policy. It’s a signal that GaN technology is essential to American interests.

Made in America

In late 2025, the Department of Defense’s primary chip supplier — a company with over 20 years of “Trusted Foundry” accreditation — announced a crucial partnership to manufacture advanced GaN technology on American soil.

Production starts in 2026 at a DOD-accredited facility. The partnership specifically targets “critical and national security applications.”

This ensures American defense contractors have access to advanced GaN semiconductors without depending on foreign supply chains.

One Small Company Holds the Patents

The partnership is with a tiny American semiconductor company that holds over 250 patents on GaN technology.

It trades for less than $10 per share today. It has already shipped over 250 million GaN chips. Major technology companies are using its innovations.

And now the Pentagon has secured access to its technology for military applications.

Defense contractors building next-generation systems need this technology. The performance requirements can’t be met with silicon.

GaN is the only path forward.

Profit from American Innovation

This is what happens when American ingenuity meets American manufacturing. A small company with breakthrough technology. Pentagon backing. Domestic production at the highest security level.

The defense spending is there. The technology is proven. The partnerships are locked in. And this tiny company sits at the center of America’s semiconductor future.

It has the patents. It has the technology. And now it has the partnership to supply our nation’s most critical military applications.

This isn’t just an investment opportunity. It’s a chance to profit from American technological superiority while supporting the companies that keep our country safe.

That’s why we’ve put together a detailed report revealing everything you need to know.
