Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) responded to Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s lawsuit with fire.
Earlier Tuesday, Keith Ellison announced his office filed a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott to force the extradition of an ICE agent involved in a shooting earlier this year.
As previously reported, an ICE agent charged in the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant was arrested in Texas in May.
Earlier this year, Soros-funded prosecutor Mary Moriarty charged an ICE agent with the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant she claimed was legally in the United States.
