HUMBLE, Texas — A Harris County Precinct 4 Deputy Constable arrested a man who reportedly attempted to interfere with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement workplace enforcement operation near Houston on July 9. The man, who is the son of the owner of the business visited by ICE agents, allegedly chased the agents and then struck one of the vehicles as it stopped at a traffic light.
