VG reported (translated from the Norwegian):

“Now it is clear that Høiby has been charged with the following counts:

Four rapes. Abuse in close relationships against his former partner, Nora Haukland. Several violent incidents, violations of the peace, damage to property and violation of a restraining order against another cohabitant.

Also accused of filming the genitals of a number of women without their knowledge or consent.

The indictment also includes several other counts, including death threats, insulting the police and a number of traffic violations.”
