The American liberals violated the equal protection clause of the Constitution when they created privileges for non-whites to obtain federal contracts based on race. For example, the Transportation Department, like all other federal budget categories, created a “Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)” program that awarded federal contracts to “socially and economically disadvantaged individuals” irrespective of bid price. Many disreputable gentile and Jewish people hired a black as head of a newly formed company to get federal contracts at the high bid because it was a “socially and economically disadvantaged” bider.
