“RESIGN NOW” Healthcare CEO EXPOSES Calley Means – RFK Jr. Advisor in BOMBSHELL Exclusive Interview | Elijah Schaffer’s Top 5 (VIDEO)

A dramatic and bitter feud is unraveling within the ranks of the “Make America Healthy Again” movement, a populist health crusade reshaping federal healthcare policy under President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

At the center of this political and medical storm are Calley Means — a key RFK Jr. advisor and entrepreneur — and Peter Gillooly, CEO of The Wellness Company, a supplement brand with deep ties to conservative influencers and medical professionals who oppose COVID shots.

In a formal complaint filed Saturday with multiple federal oversight bodies — including the Office of the Special Counsel and the Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General — Gillooly accuses Means of leveraging his government role to threaten him and unlawfully coerce private business dealings.

The conflict centers on market share, ideological purity, and access to influential conservative health circles.

Means, a special government employee who advises RFK Jr. at HHS, is also the co-founder of Truemed, a company that enables customers to use pre-tax health spending accounts for wellness products — a business model that has gained traction among health-conscious conservatives.

In a recorded phone call obtained by RiftTV, Means confronted Gillooly, accusing The Wellness Company of leaking damaging and false information about TrueMed to rightwing activist Laura Loomer.

“Your company has deep research on Truemed and is actively sharing that with people to f**k with us,” Means alleged.

He then issued a warning: “If one more thing happens, I’m going to go to Jay Bhattacharya and Bobby [RFK Jr.] and tell him that you and your cadre of Peter McCullough and Kelly Victory, are spreading lies and trying to f*** with him and hurt his administration.”

Means escalated further, threatening legal action. “I am going to sue the s*** out of you and escalate this if it continues.”

Peter Gillooly, CEO of The Wellness Company, “categorically” denied sharing any information, responding, “I’m a little confused about why you’re calling.”

Means then shifted the blame toward The Wellness Company’s founder, Foster Coulson, accusing him of orchestrating the alleged attacks.

“If this is Foster [Coulson] doing it without you, you should have a strong conversation with him because he’s not only putting you at legal risk, he’s also f***ing with a lot of other dynamics.”

Throughout the conversation, Means also repeatedly attacked Dr. Kelly Victory — a Wellness Company medical board member and speculative Surgeon General nominee — calling her “delusional” multiple times.

“Kelly Victory delusionally claiming that she was supposed to be Surgeon General,” Means said. “Also, you can tell your f***ing friends, okay? Like, they can do whatever the hell they want. Kelly is delusional.”

He went on to repeat his attack at another point in the conversation, “If Kelly thinks she could get confirmed for Surgeon General, she’s on a f***ing other planet.”

In a bizarre continuation of his unhinged tirade, Calley Means makes an obscure reference to “show biz” when referring to the public dispute between his sister, Casey Means, and the ‘runner-up’ for Surgeon General, Kelly Victory.

It was not clear what he meant by this reference or what he meant by implying his sister Casey didn’t care about becoming Surgeon General, however, it seemed odd to make the uncanny comparison between the Hollywood entertainment business and official government positions with such a high pedigree as Surgeon General.

In his complaint, Gillooly frames the call as both an abuse of power and a blatant conflict of interest, arguing that Means used his federal post as leverage to benefit his private business.

“Means threatens to blackmail my private corporation with HHS executive leadership if we do not comply with his demands,” Gillooly stated, accusing the RFK Jr. advisor of trying to extort The Wellness Company into transacting with TrueMed.

“I do not know whether that’s because you guys or somebody at your company is trying to get into the practice of medicine, which you guys have a platform for in order to do what we do, which is make a recommendation on a medical assessment for whether the supplements are valid, which would then drive your customers 30, 40% savings, which might be a good idea. Now, that should be something that you guys partner with us on.”

Calley Means, who previously described himself as a Never-Trumper, emerged as an outspoken health reform advocate and tech entrepreneur during the Biden administration.

Before entering public service, he co-founded Truemed and worked as a political strategist for Republican candidates and conservative causes.

Means gained popularity in wellness circles for criticizing Big Pharma, food industry lobbying, and what he calls “corrupt incentives” in U.S. healthcare.

Trump’s Surgeon General Pick Sparks Outrage Among Frontline COVID Doctors and MAGA Influencers

His commentary has appeared in leftwing publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and on podcasts like The Joe Rogan Experience.

However, his dual role in government and private enterprise has raised red flags, especially now that he’s accused of threatening to bring in National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Jay Bhattacharya and RFK Jr. himself to pressure a competing company.

The internal rupture burst into the open after Loomer, an investigative journalist famously “vetting” members of the Trump administration and publishing her findings regularly on X, accused TrueMed of tax fraud.

Loomer alleges TrueMed provides auto-generated doctors’ letters without legitimate medical review, allowing customers to inappropriately use health savings accounts for wellness purchases.

Loomer said these letters are “auto-signed” and “not actually reviewed by a doctor.”

Although Loomer told Politico she had “looked up stuff on [her] own” and denied receiving a leak, Means insists the source of the information was The Wellness Company — specifically Foster Coulson, the firm’s founder.

Coulson denies any link, stating, “I have never spoken to Laura Loomer in my entire life.”

Means sent cease-and-desist letters to Gillooly and Coulson in response.

“I received information that the Wellness Company was actively spreading provably false information about TrueMed,” Means told Politico. “I noted I would prefer they stop spreading provably untrue information before I was forced to take legal action.”

In an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit, Peter Gillooly publicly responded to the allegations against him.

Speaking with Elijah Schaffer, Gillooly denied claims that he leaked information about TrueMed to Laura Loomer.

“No — nor have I ever spoken to Laura Loomer in my life,” he said.

Gillooly also condemned Calley Means’ conduct, suggesting Means was acting as a “rogue actor.”

“I don’t think there’s any way Bobby [RFK Jr.] or Trump would condone or support this behavior,” Gillooly said. “I expect they are going to take swift action to remedy the situation.”

He continued: “To be clear, I’m not looking for an apology — I’m looking for a resignation.”

Gillooly is CEO of The Wellness Company, which offers consumers supplements, telemedicine, and COVID-19 alternative therapies. The company gained national attention for its medical board, which includes physicians who gained notoriety warning against the effects of government-mandated, mainstream COVID protocols during the pandemic, including Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Kelly Victory.

Gillooly’s company has become a fixture in conservative health spaces, regularly promoted by influencers aligned with RFK Jr.’s anti-establishment ethos.

But now, Gillooly warns that RFK Jr.’s inner circle is threatening to “weaponize” the federal government against competitors.

“Using the government to essentially weaponize them against a private company is extremely concerning and is a tremendous threat,” Coulson told Politico in support of Gillooly’s complaint.

Complicating the situation is Casey Means, Calley’s sister and co-founder of the metabolic health data company Levels.

She was recently nominated by President Trump to become the next Surgeon General — a move that has stirred controversy on the right. Critics have questioned her ideological views amid revelations that she celebrated receiving COVID shots while her father authored a book promoting transgenderism to children.

RFK Jr.’s former running mate Nicole Shanahan warned, after Trump announced Casey Means’ Surgeon General nomination, that someone is “controlling” Kennedy’s decisions.

“It’s very strange — doesn’t make any sense,” Shanahan wrote on X, responding to a post that expressed concern that Casey Means has “just about no clinical experience.”

“I was promised that if I supported RFK Jr. in his Senate confirmation that neither of these siblings would be working under HHS or in an appointment (and that much more qualified people would be),” Shanahan said. “I don’t know if RFK very clearly lied to me or what is going on.”

Conservative commentators, including Loomer, have accused both Calley and Casey of being insufficiently loyal to Trump despite their current roles in his administration.

Since taking over HHS in Trump’s second term, Kennedy has purged over 25% of the agency’s staff and installed figures aligned with alternative health, creating a volatile environment within the agency.

Now, two of its key figures — one entrenched in government, the other in the private wellness sector — are embroiled in a conflict that may bring regulatory scrutiny and damage the credibility of a movement already under intense media and legal focus.

“I think there needs to be a thorough investigation because this sort of behavior has no place in the federal government,” Gillooly told Politico.

With federal watchdogs now involved and public accusations escalating, the MAHA movement’s internal “civil war” may soon force RFK Jr. and Trump’s team to decide where their loyalties — and political futures — lie.
