Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear is set to criticize Vice President JD Vance in Middletown, Ohio, framing his speech around Vance’s memoir, Hillbilly Elegy .
Beshear is scheduled to speak Saturday evening in Vance’s hometown at a Butler County Democratic Party event.
