The violent ideation of leftists has once again reared its ugly head in the public square, this time from a candidate in a New Jersey School Board race.

Photos of texts from Scott Semaya, a New Jersey school board candidate in Marlboro, leaked on social media.

The texts contained disturbing and sexual content about conservative mom and school board member Danielle Bellomo. Bellomo is also running for county clerk.

The texts, sent during a July 22nd Marlboro Township Public School Board of Education meeting, were seen by a former BOE member seated behind Semaya.  The former member, concerned by what they saw, took photos of the messages.

The group chat making the vile remarks was labeled  “ThisBitchNeedsToDie.”

Chaosandcontral shares additional details and screenshots.

Per The New York Post:

“Bellomo must be cold — her nips could cut glass right n” read one text, allegedly captured on camera while Semaya’s fingers typed an “o.”

“It was absolutely terrifying,” Bellomo exclusively told The Post. “When I found out about the messages I was absolutely shocked, especially with the climate of our country. It sent chills down my spine.

Semaya dropped out of the race, citing “family circumstances.”

Social media post discussing Scott Semaya's withdrawal from the election due to family circumstances, featuring a smartphone displaying a message thread.

His running mate, Melissa Goldberg, also dropped out.

Bellomo is described by The Post as “a MAGA-loving, President Trump-supporting mom of three and staunch Republican, who poses in a star-spangled bikini for her Facebook profile picture. She believes she has been targeted for her politics.”

“I’m a proud and unapologetic advocate for parental rights, for my children, for our town and our state and for that they have this hate for me,” she told The Post.

Bellomo shared on Facebook, “After what has been a grueling 18 months I would like to share that Melissa Goldberg and Scott Semaya have dropped out of the election.”

“Hate has no place in Marlboro and the actions of Scott Semaya and the other men in that group chat should never be tolerated. I am happy that we have ended this cycle of hate.”

“Mr. Ballone has still not even acknowledged this situation nor has Mayor Jonathan Hornik.”

“Mayor Hornik, 2 candidates have dropped out of Marlboros local election because of threats and Hate speech. What is happening in your town? If this was against someone who aligns with your background and party would you be acting the same way? I heard you speak at community unity day last year along with Superintendent Ballone. You both said there is zero tolerance for hate in this town. Is this what you call unity? WHAT WILL YOU DO TO MAKE SURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN?”

“The above statement is my own and is not reflective of any board I sit on or its members.”
