Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth will begin kicking out transgender servicemembers next month according to a memo obtained by Reuters.

In January President Trump signed the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” executive order and the “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” executive orders, which direct every element of the U.S. military to “operate free from any preference based on race or sex” and root out gender insanity and made up pronoun usage, respectively.

The transgender military ban got put on hold after two different district court judges issued injunctions blocking Trump’s Executive Order.

However, US Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed the Trump Administration’s transgender military ban to take effect.

The Supreme Court stayed the lower court’s preliminary injunction on the transgender military ban pending appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The high court made the decision 6-3. Liberal Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson would have denied the application.

There was no explanation included in the Supreme Court’s decision.

According to Reuters, Hegseth will start booting transgender individual from the military next month.

Reuters reported:

U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has issued internal instructions to the Pentagon to start kicking out transgender troops who do not elect to leave on their own by June 6, according to a memo obtained by Reuters.

“On conclusion of the self-identification eligibility window, the Military Departments will initiate involuntary separation processes,” the memo said.
