MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia claimed he was “severely beaten” while jailed at El Salvador’s CECOT prison in a court filing.
Meanwhile, a federal magistrate judge in Tennessee agreed to delay the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia so he doesn’t get deported.
“Plaintiff Abrego Garcia was then forced to strip, issued prison clothing, and subjected to physical abuse including being kicked in the legs with boots and struck on his head and arms to make him change clothes faster,” the court filing said.
