The House Oversight Committee has received new materials from major financial institutions as part of its investigation into the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The files from JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank have not yet been publicly released, though Democrats on the panel say they expect to release them in the coming days after a review. These documents are separate from the federal law enforcement records Congress voted to make public last month; the Justice Department is required to make those materials public later this month.
