More than 40 years after the band broke up, Led Zeppelin’s music still resonates with a huge population. The group’s progressive angle on rock music changed forever the way millions hear the genre, is present once again on the Billboard charts.

Led Zeppelin scores a brand new top 10 hit on a Billboard ranking this frame. The band hasn’t shared new music in a long long time, but Americans are returning to one of the band’s most famous songs as interest in all things connected to the British rockers increases.

“Whole Lotta Love” debuts at No. 9 on this week’s Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart. The tally ranks the bestselling tunes that are specifically categorized as hard rock, with purchases taking place on platforms like iTunes, Amazon, and several others.

“Whole Lotta Love” gives Led Zeppelin its fourth top 10 on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart. This week marks the first in almost a decade that sees the group collect a new win on the purchase-centric list. The last time Led Zeppelin scored a new hit on this ranking was in October 2015, when “Black Dog” debuted and peaked at No. 22.

As it reaches the loftiest tier, “Whole Lotta Love” joins three other bestsellers by Led Zeppelin as top 10 smashes. “Immigrant Song” ranks as the group’s only No. 1, a position it reached in April 2017. In between that No. 1 placement and “Whole Lotta Love” and its starting point at No. 9, comes “Stairway to Heaven” (No. 4) and “Going to California” (No. 6).

Just one other Led Zeppelin tune has managed to find space on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales ranking throughout the years. “Kashmir” almost cracked the highest tier in March 2015, when it rose to its all-time best showing of No. 12.

“Whole Lotta Love” was released as a single from Led Zeppelin’s sophomore album simply titled, Led Zeppelin II. Despite the band’s request that no singles be pushed from any full-lengths, the tune became a huge hit in America, where it peaked at No. 4 and was certified gold.

All things Led Zeppelin are interesting once more to a massive number of people thanks to the release of a new documentary about the group. Becoming Led Zeppelin recently arrived in theaters ,and it is the first film to feature the band members themselves discussing their earliest days and how the band got its start. Thanks in part to that movie, Led Zeppelin’s music has been gaining ground on charts all around the world, though it’s not as if people forgot how much they loved the group before the movie dropped.
