Joann is closing over 250 stores by the end of the month. How many are in Wisconsin?

Joann Fabrics and Crafts is set to shutter 255 locations across the U.S. by the end of April, including several in Wisconsin.

That’s one third of the fabric and craft retailer’s locations, according to USA TODAY. Remaining stores are expected to close by the end of May.

Joann announced it would be winding down operations nationwide in late February, joining the ranks of several other big box retailers. It had initially announced the closure of 500 locations earlier that month, after declaring bankruptcy in mid-January.
