(My experience coming face to face with a tyrannical government led by democrats)

I traveled to D.C. from Texas with a number of friends. My intent was to hear President Trump speak followed by a peaceful protest at the Capital.

However, (because of my military police training) I felt it was my American duty to come prepared to protect myself and all the other vulnerable innocent Americans from the expected ANTIFA attacks if they followed through with their threats.

During previous pro-American and Trump rallies held all over the U.S. ANTIFA was showing up rioting, assaulting, throwing rocks/bricks, and spraying pepper spray at any innocent Americans that was supporting Trump.

ANTIFA and BLM groups had made threats on almost every social media platform that they were going to be at the Capitol with their only purpose to attack and assault the Americans attending President Trump’s speech and the peaceful protest.

There was also a lot of post on social media saying the D.C. police had orders to help ANTIFA and BLM by “looking the other way” and just let the attacks happen.

On January 6, 2021 after attending President Trump’s STOP THE STEAL rally, I marched with everyone to the Capitol for a peaceful protest. I was amazed at the low number of police there since there was at least a million people there that day and something just wasn’t feeling right.

Then, all of a sudden, all hell broke loose. As if it was planned at a certain time every officer started engaging in excessive force and violently attacking protesters. As I watched, I saw police beating people with batons over the bike racks.

Even as I just stood there for a moment, in shock, an officer dressed in all black came up behind me and shoved me with a baton. I was yelling at them, telling them what they were doing wasn’t right.

There were women, children, and even a couple of people with their dogs on leashes.

I saw a woman being beaten over the head and shoulders. As this was happening, other officers were shooting non-lethal rounds, pepper balls and rubber bullets into the crowd. Other officers started throwing flash bangs and CS gas right into the middle of the crowd.

It quickly became very clear to me that they were intentionally causing chaos to happen. It was at this time everyone realized that we had a tyrannical government beating its own people. So, everyone stood their ground.

Shortly after, I noticed more back-up officers arriving. They probably had no clue what was really happening or what started it all. I was doing everything I could to distract officers from hurting more people.

Next thing I remember everyone was climbing up the steps to get away from all the CS gas and pepper spray in the air. At that time, I remember seeing massive chaos in the west terrace tunnel.

So, I went to investigate what was going on. What I saw was a lot of people being pushed into a small police line into their riot shields. People were stuck and it was very crowded.

I made my way to the front of the line and yelled at the police telling them to back up a little because people were stuck and someone was going to get killed.

I realized they were not listening to me and it was getting more crowded so I decided to get out of there since there was nothing else, I could do. I finally got out of the tunnel after a series of struggles and being stuck.

As I started walking back to the hotel, I was hearing that the Capitol police were opening the doors to the Capitol and inviting people in. Although I never entered the Capitol myself, it’s my belief that those who did had every American right to do so.

The U.S. Capitol building belongs to The People, We The People.

When I went home, I got back to my life of being a father and serving communities in need. Just before my arrest, myself along with several other Patriot Boy chapters in Texas, were helping ranchers at the Texas Mexico border.

We fixed cut fences, cleaned up trash and helped in human smuggling deterrence on their ranches. We were doing great things for the safety of our Texas border ranchers and their families.

I voluntarily turned myself into authorities for questioning when I heard I had a warrant over J6. Once in Federal custody I was questioned by the FBI in Del Rio, Texas over and over despite repeatedly saying “lawyer”.

I was then taken to the GEO facility jail in Del Rio where I was placed in solitary confinement. I believe I was stuck there for over a month.

I requested, but was refused the entire time my prescription medications issued by the VA for treatment of my PTSD. I went through major withdraws that gave me severe vertigo and made me very sick.

I was only allowed to come out of my cell every 3 days for a shower, where I was handcuffed to and from. From Del Rio, I was transferred to a nasty, dirty run-down jail in Grady County, Oklahoma where I stayed for over a month. I was still refused my medications and was still going through withdraws and felt constantly sick.

The food there was very, very little. Here is also where I was exposed to my first witnessing of violence with a guy repeatedly stabbing another in the chest. From Oklahoma, I sent to Northern Neck Regional Jail in Virginia. This place was a dungeon.

At the last two jails I was kept inside the whole time. No recreation at all. At Northern Neck, we were lucky to get out once every 2 weeks for 20 minutes.

I became a trustee at this jail and was a painter. Being a trustee, I got to see things most inmates didn’t- like all the fruit flies and mice in the kitchen.

Many of us, including myself, found mice poop in our food all the time. Most of the time we would have our dry cereal sticking together and we suspected that to be dry mouse pee.

There was black mold everywhere in the ceilings and walls in the kitchen. There were boxes of food they were feeding us that said, “Not for Human Consumption”.

Here I was still being refused my medication up until 1 day before I went to court in March. I ended up being held for over 85 days without being charged with a crime, violating my civil rights.

To keep me in jail the prosecution indicted me fast on one charge. A charge I am NOT GUILTY of, but I was advised by my lawyer to plead guilty so the prosecution couldn’t come back at me later with more charges.

Even though I have no criminal background and the judge knew from the video evidence that I wasn’t guilty, he still gave me an outrageous sentence of 52 months.

I was then sent to a medium security prison in Florence, Colorado, which is known for being one of the most violent and secure medium prisons in the country.

Even though I am an Army Combat Veteran, have no criminal background and have never hit or hurt anyone, I was ordered to serve 52 months in a medium secure prison that was over 10 hours away from my kids, family and friends making it almost impossible for me to get to see my kids or visit with any family or friends.

Because of my arrest, I lost custody of my kids to their mother who has moved them from Texas to another state.

In closing, I will say this, all the lies from the left-wing media, the J6 clown show committee, and the FBI, which in my opinion, is just one of the agencies that has been infiltrated with communist leadership who hates America, hates our freedom, values, and traditions, and wants to be a government within a government, meaning they want power over the people with no oversight, and are trying to slowly take our freedom away little by little.

The Democrat party has also been infiltrated with communism and is hurting America and what we stand for.

Our Country is still very young. You are mistaken if you don’t think America will never be attacked from within.

Communism has never stopped trying to destroy the greatest country on earth, The United States of America.

I am a United States Army combat veteran who took an oath to protect this country and our way of life at all cost from foreign or domestic enemies. On January 6, 2021, and for the last 20 years, I have honored that oath.
