The illegal alien who killed three Americans after he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway last week got a Biden work permit – after the Trump 1.0 Administration denied him one.
The Punjabi driver who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California made an insane U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce last Tuesday and caused a deadly crash.
The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, was arrested in Stockton, California, and charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide on Saturday.
“At the conclusion of his state charges, he will be deported,” Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Executive Director, Dave Kerner said.
The horrifying video shows Singh completely unbothered and unfazed after a minivan collided with his truck as he made an illegal U-turn.
Singh showed zero emotion after he exited the 18-wheeler and examined what was left of the vehicle – a pile of mangled metal and three dead bodies.

On Saturday evening, the Florida Highway Patrol announced that Harjinder Singh illegally entered the US in 2018 through Mexico and obtained his commercial driver’s license in California.
“State Troopers obtained a criminal arrest warrant for the driver, Harjinder Singh, for three (3) counts of vehicular homicide. During the course of this criminal investigation and with the assistance of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), State Troopers determined that Harjinder Singh entered the United States illegally, having cross the Mexico border in 2018. The Defendant then obtained a Commercial Driver’s License in the state of California. Under the federal authority delegated by ICE to FHP State Troopers through the 287 (g) program, State Troopers issued an ICE detainer,” FHP said.
On Monday it was revealed that Harjinder Singh received a work permit from the Biden Regime in June 2021 after the Trump Admin denied him one in September 2020.

The illegal immigrant truck driver accused of causing a crash that killed three people in Florida was given a work permit under the Biden administration, officials said Monday.
Harjinder Singh, who was arrested on Saturday in Stockton, California, on three counts of vehicle homicide, entered the United States illegally and his work authorization was rejected under the Trump administration on Sept. 14, 2020, said Tricia McLaughlin, the Homeland Security assistant secretary for public affairs.
McLaughlin noted Singh’s work approval in response to California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who said the first Trump administration “confirmed that this guy meets federal and state immigration requirements — YOU issued him a work permit (EAD).”
“As usual, the Trump Administration is either lying or clueless,” Newsom’s press office wrote on X.
McLaughlin noted that the federal government doesn’t issue commercial driver’s licenses.
“False. Harjinder Singh is in the United States illegally and his work authorization was rejected under the Trump Administration on September 14, 2020,” she wrote. “It was later approved under the Biden Administration June 9, 2021. The state of California issues Commercial Drivers Licenses. There is no national CDL. Sincerely, Genius.”
