Looking only at single-family homes, the $282,500 median selling price in Pueblo County was down 5.8% in January from $300,000 the month prior. Since January 2024, the sales price of single-family homes was down 3.4% from a median of $292,400.No single-family homes sold for $1 million or more during the month.

Condominiums and townhomes increased by 69.1% in sales price during January to a median of $413,500 from $244,500 in December. Compared to January 2024, the sales price of condominiums and townhomes was up 42.6% from $290,000. One condominium or townhouse sold for $1 million or more during the month, compared to zero recorded transactions of at least $1 million in January 2024.

In January, the number of recorded sales in Pueblo County rose by 3.4% since January 2024 — from 118 to 122. All residential home sales totaled $38.3 million.
Across Colorado, homes sold at a median of $530,000 during January, down 3.4% from $548,566 in December. There were 5,231 recorded sales across the state during January, a slight decrease from 5,258 recorded sales in January 2024.
