On Thursday, Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) introduced a resolution calling for the federal and state courts to release all available documents related to the Epstein files.
Only redactions would be made to protect innocent victims.
I’m heading to the floor now to drop a resolution calling on federal and state courts to immediately unseal ALL materials that were part of any criminal investigation or prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein or Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell—subject only to redactions to protect victims.

As TGP readers know, the Department of Justice has requested that grand jury records related to Epstein be unsealed. An Obama judge is currently demanding more information before permitting the release, however.
One would think the Democrats would jump on this Mullin’s proposal, especially considering rumors that Trump is named in the files.
But here’s what happened when Mullin officially introduced the resolution.
WATCH:
BREAKING: Senate Democrats just OBJECTED to approving a resolution that called for ALL AVAILABLE EPSTEIN FILES to be released.
It was brought by Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK).
WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT.
It’s ALL about political games. THEY DON’T CARE.

“I ask for unanimous consent for the Senate to proceed to (the resolution)…” Mullin said.
“Reserving the right to object, Mr. (Senate) President,” Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) responded.
Per Senate procedure, any politician can offer a unanimous objection during such a resolution, which is what happened here.
Gallego also claimed he offered his own resolution to release the Epstein files and was blocked. Of course, this was just for show.
JUST IN: Republicans blocked my attempt to release the Epstein files — AGAIN.
They’ve spent years pretending they wanted the truth. Now they’re doing Trump’s bidding to keep it buried.
The cover-up is obvious. And the
American people know it.— Senator Ruben Gallego (@SenRubenGallego) July 24, 2025
Mullin went on X and blasted his Democrat colleagues for “liberal political theater.”
I just asked for unanimous consent to pass an Epstein resolution calling for full transparency and all available files to be released. Senate Democrats objected on the floor. Liberal political theater.

The Democrats never cared about the Epstein files until they saw a chance to exploit the issue politically and hurt President Trump. Kudos to Mullin for exposing this once and for all.
