Exclusive — Jason Miller: Charlie Kirk Memorial, Vigils Show the Impact His Movement ‘Will Continue to Have’

Jason Miller, a former senior advisor to President Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, on Breitbart News Saturday said the massive Sunday memorial for conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, vigils on college and university campuses worldwide, and moments of silence at sporting events show the tremendous impact that Kirk had.

While speaking with Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle, Boyle noted that Kirk’s memorial service on Sunday would be “Superbowl level” in terms of the crowd and media interest. Miller pointed out that at Kirk’s memorial, which will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, people would see “one of the greatest outpourings of love and support” that they had seen “at any point” in their lives.

“Tomorrow, I think you’re going to see one of the greatest outpourings of love and support that we’ve seen at any point really in our lives and certainly anything I can think of in recent history,” Miller said.

Miller continued to share how his 16-year-old daughter came “home from school in absolute tears” over the news of Kirk’s assassination, adding that his daughter and all of her friends “were absolutely shaken that someone who they’ve looked up to and respected” had been assassinated.

“I think what you’re going to see tomorrow, the fact that you have the President, and the Vice President, so many leaders — the stadium full of people. But then also around the entire country and all around the world, the celebrations we’ve seen at football games, that we’ve seen at other campuses, really goes to show just the impact that, not only did Charlie have, but that I believe the movement he started will continue to have.”

Miller’s comment comes as Major League Baseball (MLB) teams such as the New York Yankees and the Chicago Cubs have held a moment of silence or reflection in honor of Kirk. Several NFL games also held moments of silence in honor of Kirk.

He continued to highlight how Kirk’s impact and the “movement that he helped to create, is truly something that’s global.”

Miller continued to add that he doesn’t “feel sorry for anyone who’s losing their job” over celebrating Kirk’s assassination, adding that “these are people who are showing that they are truly evil and sick people.”
