A young Black man, visibly affected by drugs, was seen at a protest against the deportation of illegal immigrants who are part of terrorist groups such as MS-13 and Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua. The video shows the young man holding a sign that reads «We are all immigrants» while maintaining a posture typical of individuals under the influence of fentanyl.

It is concerning to see that the people around him, who are also protesting, do nothing to help him. Even more troubling is the fact that the Democratic Party—of which this young man is presumably a supporter—opposes the Trump administration’s efforts to combat illegal immigration and drug trafficking.

Between October 2023 and September 2024, 87,000 deaths caused by overdoses were recorded. This figure does not include deaths directly related to drug trafficking, such as territorial disputes and gang-related killings.
