MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – FEBRUARY 06: Derek Chisora goes head to head with Otto Wallin as promoter … [+]
British heavyweight legend Derek “War” Chisora (35-23, 23 KOs) will climb into the ring on Saturday at the Co-Op Live Arena in Manchester to face Otto Wallin (27-2, 15 KOs).
There isn’t a ton of top-level boxing happening this weekend, so Chisora-Wallin should take center stage. Here’s how you can watch:
- Date: Saturday, February 8
- Time: 2 PM ET
- Location: Co-Op Live Arena, Manchester
- TV/Stream: DAZN
The fight is being called The Last Dance, referring to Chisora’s career, though it appears the veteran would like to fight once more after the Wallin bout so that he can reach 50 professional scraps.

Beyond the significance to Chisora’s career, the fight has some competitive consequences. The IBF has upgraded the fight to an eliminator, so the winner will see their ranking leap with the governing body. Coming into the fight, Chisora is ranked No. 8 with the IBF, and Wallin is No. 10.
The last time out, the 41-year-old Chisora won a unanimous decision over Joe Joyce in July 2024. Considering his age, it was an impressive performance, and it helped set up the fight with Wallin.

In Wallin’s last fight, he scored a first-round KO win over Onoriode Ehwarieme in July 2024. The win was a needed victory for Wallin, who had been stopped by Anthony Joshua in his previous fight.
From a stylistic standpoint, Chisora will attempt to make the fight a rugged inside battle. Wallin doesn’t normally shy away from that kind of fight, so it’ll be interesting to see if he plays that game with Chisora.
If nothing else, the fight figures to be entertaining, and it’ll tell us if Chisora should be thinking about a 50th fight—and if so, who he should be matched against.
As we look ahead to the rest of the worldwide boxing schedule into the spring, here’s what fight fans can look forward to in the coming months.
