Where are the charges?

Former FBI Director James Comey and his wife, Patrice, were tailed by law enforcement officials following Comey’s Trump assassination post.

Comey was under investigation for calling for Trump to be killed in a cryptic Instagram post in May.

“Cool shell formation on my beach walk,” Comey said in his caption.

Comey peddled a BS story explaining how he just stumbled upon a curious formation of shells as he was walking down the beach with his wife.

“We were walking on the beach, we went to the beach to prepare for this week… and we were walking back towards the road and we saw in the sand someone had arranged shells with numbers. And Patrice, my wife, said, ‘why would someone put an address in the sand?’ and I said, ‘I don’t know’ and we stood over and I said, ‘I think it’s some kind of political message,’” Comey said.

Comey then threw his wife under the bus.

“She said you know, when I was a server – she did a lot of work in restaurants – meant to remove an item from the menu when you ran out of ingredients. And I said, ‘well to me, as a kid it always meant to leave a place, to ditch a place.’ And she said well that very clever you should take a picture of that and I did and posted it on my Instagram and though nothing more of it until I heard through her that people were saying that it was a call for some sort of assassination which is crazy!” Comey said.

Secret Service agents interviewed Comey and his wife and nothing came of it. Comey is freely walking around attacking Trump and Kash Patel because he knows he will never be held accountable.

Kash Patel recently told Bret Baier that copycats are popping up across the country because of James Comey’s “8647” Instagram post.

If Comey was actually put in prison, the copycats would likely stop.

It is unclear if Comey was being followed by federal or local law enforcement officers.

The New York Times reported:

The Secret Service had the former F.B.I. director James B. Comey followed by law enforcement authorities in unmarked cars and street clothes and tracked the location of his cellphone the day after he posted an image on social media in May that President Trump’s allies said amounted to a threat to assassinate the president, according to three government officials.

Mr. Comey and his wife, Patrice, were tailed by the authorities as they drove from the North Carolina coast, where they had been vacationing, through Virginia to their home in the Washington area, the officials said, describing the details of the surveillance on condition of anonymity because they did not want to be identified discussing a federal investigation.

At the same time, the Secret Service was receiving information showing the location of Mr. Comey’s phone while federal authorities were stationed at his home waiting for him to return, the officials said.

James Comey is currently under federal investigation for his crimes related to the Trump-Russia investigation.
