The CIA is declassifying a new trove of documents relating to its ‘MKUltra’ program, Representative Anna Paulina Luna said on Tuesday. Nazi scientists were involved in the agency’s mind-control experiments.
Last month, Luna ordered CIA Director John Ratcliffe to preserve 40 boxes of “JFK files and MKUltra files” which it had taken from the offices of former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
