Tuesday on MSNBC’s “All In,” California Attorney General Rob Bonta said a federal judge ruled President Donald Trump illegally deployed National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles because the Posse Comitatus Act prohibited the military from engaging in domestic law enforcement.
